Order Processing

All orders are handcrafted and prepared in small batches.
Processing time is 3 - 5 business days. During high - volume periods, processing may be extended. We prioritize timely fulfillment without compromising quality

Shipping

Once processed, orders ship within 5 - 7 business days. Transit times are determined by the carrier and may vary based on destination, weather, or carrier delays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately - address changes are not guaranteed once the order is placed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, marked as delivered, or delayed by the carrier. Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, ownership transfers to the customer. We will assist in guiding you through the carrier’s claims process if needed

Return - to - Sender Packages

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Refunds are not provided for return - to - sender packages.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.
Because our products are personal care items and handcrafted in small batches, we cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, notify us within 14 days of purchase.
Provide your order number, a clear description of the problem, and photos if applicable.
We will review and work toward a resolution within 14 days of your initial email.

Resolutions may include:

  • Replacement of the affected item

  • Store credit

  • Alternative solutions on a case - by - case basis

We DO NOT guarantee any specific outcome until we have reviewed the issue

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The shipping box

  • The shipping label

Without this documentation, we cannot file a claim with the carrier or issue a replacement.

Cancellations

Due to our quick processing times and handcrafted production schedule, orders cannot be canceled once placed.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping timelines vary greatly by destination and customs procedures.
